Microsoft has made available for download a free ebook draft preview of Introducing Microsoft SQL Server Code Name “Denali”.

The book details many of the new features and capabilities of SQL Server codenamed “Denali”, would be SQL Server 2012.

The ebook is authored by Ross Mistry and Stacia Misner.

This draft contains chapters 2 & 6 only.

Microsoft will be releasing another draft version of the ebook on February 1, including updated versions current draft preview and plus four more chapters (3, 4, 7 & 8).

Note: The book is still in draft, unedited format and was written against SQL Server Code Name “Denali” Community Technology Preview 3.
